TARGET SPECIES AND INDICATIONS
Porcine: postweaning and fattening pigs.
Prevention of streptococcal meningitis and septicaemia caused by Streptococcus suis type II. Infections produced by Gram + germs. Specially active against pathological processes such as Staphylococci, Swine Erysipelas, Pneumonias.
POSOLOGY AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
Route: administer by oral route after its incorporation in pelleted or stuff or in flour
Dosage: 10 mg/kg b.w. and day for, at least, 2 weeks.
Food ingestion of the animals depends on their clinical conditions. To obtain the correct dose, phenoximethylpenicillin concentration has to be adequately adjusted.
